Crew Leader / Driver – Stand Up Guys Junk Removal 

Stand Up Guys is looking for a Crew Leader who takes pride in their work, leads with confidence, and delivers an outstanding customer experience on every job. If you're reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership, this is the role for you. 

This is an active, hands-on position where you'll lead each job from start to finish — guiding your teammate, communicating with customers, and making sure every job is completed safely and efficiently. 

Compensation $18–$25/hour base pay + daily tips + performance bonuses 

What You'll Do 

·       Drive the truck to and from job sites 

·       Lead and support your teammate on every job 

·       Walk through jobs with customers and provide pricing 

·       Load and remove items safely and efficiently 

·       Keep the truck clean, organized, and road-ready 

·       Represent Stand Up Guys professionally on every job 

What We're Looking For 

·       Reliable, punctual, and ready to work 

·       Comfortable communicating with customers 

·       Able to think independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions 

·       Takes pride in their work and follows through every time 

·       A natural leader who also knows how to be a great teammate 

Requirements 

·       Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 

·       Ability to lift heavy items consistently 

·       Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
